Our latest bespoke kitchen worktop project showcases the exceptional beauty of Calacatta Viola marble, one of the most sought-after stones in luxury kitchen design. Known for its dramatic violet and gold veining set against a crisp white background, every slab is entirely unique.
Rather than a standard polished edge, our craftsmen worked with the natural character of the Calacatta Viola to create a bespoke profile that celebrates the dramatic veining right to the edge, turning a functional surface into a genuine statement piece.
Calacatta Viola is a very high-quality type of Italian Marble worktops. Its bold veining combinations of violet, gold and grey against a bright white backdrop, making it valuable to luxury homeowners and perfect for clients who desire a truly unique kitchen. When exposed to natural light, the violet hues deepen, creating a warm, sophisticated appeal in any space.
For this project, KML Worktops applied a unique finish along the face of the stone, a carefully crafted edge treatment that draws the eye to the natural veining and elevates the visual impact of the worktop beyond the standard polished finish.
