Get an instant estimate of the cost for your new worktop in seconds using this Calculator. Enter your dimensions, choose your edge type, and add any extras. Our Kitchen Worktops Price Calculator gives you a quick material cost so you can plan your budget before speaking to our team. There are many factors affecting the actual price of a worktop, such as stone type, project complexity, and stone fabricator, so the calculator’s output can only be considered an approximate budgeting tool.

Measure Your Worktop

Getting accurate measurements is the most important step before using this calculator. Here is what to keep in mind:

Measure in metres: If you have measured in millimetres or centimetres, convert before entering. For example, 2400mm = 2.4m and 600mm = 0.6m.

Measure the full depth of the worktop, not just the visible surface. Standard kitchen worktop depth is 600mm (0.6m), but always measure your worktop.

Include overhangs: If your worktop overhangs a breakfast bar or island, measure to the full outer edge, not the cabinet edge.

For L-shaped kitchens, do not try to enter it as one measurement. Use the “Add More” button to split it into two separate sections, one for each run.

For islands and peninsulas, add these as separate sections as well, since they are independent pieces of stone.

Always add 10–15% for waste. Stone cutting always produces offcuts. Adding a small buffer to your area ensures you are not underestimating.
